Depending on your items and their destination, a range of shipping and handling options can be chosen. Your selection will determine the cost and speed of your shipment's arrival. Once you have selected your items and proceeded to the Secure Checkout, all available shipping options will be presented to you after you have chosen a delivery address.
Secure Checkout displays sections for Order Total, which shows all Shipping costs, and Cart Summary, which shows individual expected delivery dates for each item. These costs and dates are calculated based on your specific delivery address and will show accurate information for any delivery method you choose, updated in real time. Each order must be shipped to a single address. If a part of your order is intended to be shipped to a second address, simply place that order separately.
Having to return your new items stinks but it does happen! Because we sell handcrafted items, they are always unique and sometimes difficult to imagine from a photograph. We expect you to be overjoyed when you receive your new piece!
If, for any reason, however, you need to return your items, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty (30) days of the shipment date and let us know. We will need your Order Number so we can process your request quickly. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to cover the cost of shipping it back to us! We will forward you a mailing label and ask that you return it in its original packaging.
